Also shown is the proportion of mutations which are the interior (INT), surface (SUR) of the protein, when away from the binding interface, as well as in the core (COR), support (SUP) and rim (RIM) of the binding site, as defined in "A simple definition of structural regions in proteins and its use in analyzing interface evolution", ED Levy, J Mol Biol. 2010, 403(4):660-70).
